    Family Nurse Practitioner

    Marathon Health is seeking a 4 hour/week Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to treat and work with the employees and families (ages 2+) of the City of Chattanooga at their health and wellness center in Chattanooga, TN.

    This is a 4 hour per week position scheduled every Saturday from 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.

    The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions.


    • Minimum 2 years’ experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
    • Current and unrestricted state licensure
